So you're admitting that Trump is the reason sanctions haven't been passed, despite you wanting them to pass them a long time ago, and continue to do nothing except bend over backwards for Trump, despite the fact that you could try to pass this with a veto proof majority and Senate has the votes for it. But I'm sure Trump will do it in two weeks from now /s.
