As a non American looking in, I think working on sticking together raising children would be more effective than a Government intervention of wealth transfer between ethnicity groups. It's no secret that children raised in a single parent household will have a harder financial live during childhood as well as adulthood.
"While 21 percent of all mothers were single mothers in 2023, 47 percent of Black mothers and 25 percent of Hispanic mothers were single mothers. White mothers and Asian mothers had lower rates of single motherhood than mothers overall at 14 percent and 8 percent, respectively."

Nearly half of Black mothers being single is disastrous. For sure there can be good reasons for parents to split up, but nearly half the time? Don't tell me that is because of racism. There needs to be a culture change for parents sticking together through good and hard times. This would be the single best thing to improve the lives for the Black community going forward.
