Mid-gen vibe check: How would you rate PS5 so far?

I rate it at an 8.
The Switch spoiled me. Being able to turn it on and be in-game in under 10 seconds (sometimes less) just really set a high bar. The PS5 is the closest to this I have experienced. Love how snappy it is compared to the PS4. I also really appreciate how customizable the UI is and the changes they made from the PS4. I also appreciate how many of my PS4 titles play on it. Being able to direct game types (PS4 vs PS5) to different drives automatically when downloading. It is quick and has a great many features that are really nice (a hallmark of the Sony of old)

I think it is a great piece of hardware. That said I haven't touched it in months. Honestly I have barely used it.
