Iranian media says Israeli strike on Tehran killed 60, including 20 children

Iranian ballistic missiles struck the central Israeli city of Rishon Lezion early Saturday, killing two civilians and injuring at least 19 others. Drone footage shows homes reduced to rubble and emergency teams conducting rescues through the debris. The IDF confirmed multiple structures were destroyed, with four homes severely damaged.
