Mid-gen vibe check: How would you rate PS5 so far?

I’m saying “Poor.” It’s gotten to the point where I haven’t touched my PS5 since December…and that was to play The Last of Us: Part II Remastered lol. I’m not even slightly interested in my PS5 atm, and I’m not sure if I’ll even touch it again for another several years now that Switch 2 has dropped (and my free time has completely dissipated).

edit: my response is more so pertaining to the first-party output. Second- and third-party seems solid! So…in that respect, I’d give this gen a solid 6. (I kinda screwed this response up lol. Oops.) Elden Ring, Baldur’s Gate 3, Astro, Expedition 33, FFVIIRebirth, Stellar Blade, etc., are all very good (from what I’ve heard) games.
