I got a Xbox message a little while ago that contained a pre-order key for Gears Reloaded! Check your inbox if you had previously purchased the Ultimate Edition of the game. It'll get you into the beta as well if you're not a GP Ultimate member 
looks like it is an entirely separate SKU. So it doesn't replace the Ultimate Edition lol
