I know he's referring to not-E3 here, but it really feels like rather than trying to push out the competition (like Sega getting pushed out of the console business) Microsoft's end goal is for everyone to just coexist lol. Even with this new ROG Xbox Ally, that directly competes with what Valve is doing with SteamOS (a PC with a console-like interface) and being put on a lot more devices than just the Steam Deck. But even with this, Valve benefits since Steam is directly incorporated with the Xbox Ally since it is still a Windows device, and there would be quite a few Steam users that would get a device like this lol so it's like.......they'll just continue to operate simultaneously.
