You'd still have to enable full Windows mode to go and install the Steam/EGS launchers before they (your games on those platforms) all show up in your library it seems, but then once you've done that you can just turn off all the Windows junk again and go back into the "Xbox mode" and then have all your Steam/EGS library show up in the Xbox UI.
But their plan is to make the other launchers available inside the Xbox/Windows store itself so therefore you won't ever need to enter the full Windows mode. You just go to the store and download Steam/EGS launchers from there. Install them and download your games, then they'll show up in your Xbox UI library. Won't have to leave the "Gaming" UI/Ecosystem at all.
All this on a future Xbox console sounds so fucking good, Lol.
