Microsoft has developed a custom windows version with a different UI than regular widows which is better suited for handhelds. On top of that, the custom version cuts down on background processes compared to regular windows resulting in 2GB less ram usage and 3 times the standby efficiency.

Still no word on FSR4 coming to older generations of Radeon cards outside of RDNA 4. Personally I think the way Radeon sells it's multi-generational gpu lineup at the same time with different features is dumb. You have some gpus that have the latest features like RDNA 4 but then you have things like Strix Halo and Z2 handhelds featuring RDNA 3.5 which doesn't have FSR 4 yet being sold at the sametime. Hell, Z2A is actually Zen 2 and RDNA 2 just to make it even more confusing.
