A group of Ukrainian servicemen under the age of 25 has returned from Russian captivity—the first phase of a multi-stage exchange, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets confirmed. Most were born in 2000 and include soldiers from the Armed Forces, National Guard, Border Guard, and Marine and Air Assault units.
