Lithuania's President Nausėda has criticized German Chancellor Merz for failing to follow through on promised sanctions against Russia after it ignored a ceasefire ultimatum.

"This undermines trust—not just in sanctions, but in all support for Ukraine," Nausėda told Bild, urging tougher EU action.
