What? Germany used nuclear power until 2023 when they shut down their last 3 nuclear power plants. Not because nobody trusted Germany but because Germany didn't want to use that energy anymore.  

In the highest times Germany reached around 30% of their power generation with nuclear energy 

ok, lol.  

But regardless, Germany could very well be influencing things behind the scenes.
