The House may also have to vote by a 2/3s majority to override a veto. Not sure what the numbers are for the bill there atm.

Just remembered Mike Johnson supports it so that should get some Republicans to fall in line, I can't imagine any Democrat voting against it, I suspect the majority of the morons in the Freedom Caucus vote against it.
