Idk...I still don't understand what prevents them, that would be enough for reasonable countries but Orban isn't reasonable...EU can say "You can't do that" but what is stopping Orban from just...Doing it? Will EU issue massive fines? Will they actually punish Hungary?
What's stopping Hungary from still bringing in gas from the Turkstream pipeline? Will Bulgaria physically be turning it off?
