🇺🇦 President Zelensky has confirmed that a Ukrainian delegation will arrive in Istanbul on Monday for talks with Russia. The delegation will be led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.

FYI, Russia has still not sent their "peace memorandum" to either Ukraine or America despite promising it America weeks ago. They're also sending the same psychotic delegation as the last one who threatened Ukrainian officials families, threatened to take more of Ukraine and demanded they surrender Kherson and Zaporizhia completely.
