No single weapon, aside from maybe nuclear weapons, is going to be a game-changer. They all have their impact, of course, but it's very unlikely any single weapon is going to be a game-changer. At this point, even destroying the Crimean Bridge would have only limited effect, I reckon, and that's probably where the Taurus could have the greatest impact.

Right now Ukraine doesn't even have these sorts of missles while Russia on the other hand has enough to fire at legitimate targets and in addition to that unleash a terror campaign. This sudden new ability will indeed be a game changer albeit among the many others that they have benefited from, such as:

-naval drones

-Obtaining F-16 fighters

-Patriot batteries (they just had crappy old Soviet systems before)

etc.  

What will happen when Ukraine can destroy every bridge behind the Russian lines, any war factory, rail depots, and factories ( missles will have a much bigger bang than piddly drones).
