'Silent protests' in Israel draw attention to children killed in Gaza
Anti-government protests have been gaining momentum in Israel, especially since the renewal of military operations in Gaza in March. A growing group of Israelis is staging a silent protest against the war while holding photos of Palestinian children killed in the war.

The BBC reported on the forced displacement of Palestinians from north Gaza as Israeli forces shut down operations of Al Awda hospital, the last remaining hospital in the area. But, as Rifat Jawaid explains, the reporter, Lucy Williamson used questionable terms such as evacuation to describe the forced displacement. Her report also didn’t name Israel when she mentioned the airstrikes or order for doctors and patients to leave the hospital.
