I may have missed the intent but "without any kind of sex" would seem to me to preclude 'self service' as well.

on another note, I think that the number of people on this site that are sexually active is probably greater than the number that are not.

In answer to the OP, I would give up gaming.  I have gone a couple stretches since age 16 without being active, but I am married again. No sex would be a no go with the wife.  Even if not married I think I would still chose sex.... I think ... like some have said it may depend on what was releasing in the year of potential abstinence.
