Which is a better arguement to make.
The problem is when people try to over frighten and sensationalize something to get people to change their behavior.
The "just in case" and "this is better for you" arguement is fine... but the "OMG WERE ALL GOIN TO DIE!?!? 2 YEARS FROM NOW!" argument is stupid... and the worldwide plans to stop global warming that have been offered up don't actually solve anything as they give leeway for some of the worlds worst polluters. (China) while alowing all the other polluters to keep polluting at the same level just so long as they buy carbon credits off of dictators of 3rd world nations who will be given more incentives to not build up their infrastructure.
