We're counting Ninja Gaiden 4 as first party now?

Xbox is publishing the game. So it counts as an Xbox Studios release. But not first-party. This I would consider second-party since Xbox does not own the developer or the IP. Kinda like the deal with Sony and Death Stranding. But, that's a grey area for many lol.
