Isn't this a second-party title? As the publisher, Sony has as much responsibility for it as the developer does...

Furthermore, how long did it take for the news to come out that it wasn't in-game? If they corrected it soon after the video was released, I guess that does make up for the mistake (if it was a mistake).

 

 

GG was second party when the trailer was released, yes.  Sony then bought GG in December 2005 and started pumping loads of resources (from cash, to other developers) into Killzone 2.
