#1 - Dude kept fucking bathing in full armour but I eventually found out it was a glitch and you can still kill him in his armour (part of the Dark Brotherhood questline), Lol. At one stage some random fucking citizen went through the water too and started chatting to him and I had to sit around and wait for him to fuck off. 
#2 - I tried to kill him after the quest and got a perfect heart shot.
#3 - Squatting maniac.
#4 - Dude was trying to magic his eyeballs to go all the way back and look at his brain!
