Besides being taking MANY hours the game should be relatively easy to 100%. Just be careful with leveling as enemies level up with you like in the original. Though I'm almost in the mood to play Skyrim now, Lol. Don't know if it will sour my opinion on Skyrim to play it so soon after Oblivion though. I loved Skyrim but I thought Oblivion had more depth and emotion, it had better written quests, a better OST, a better world, a better art-style, a better atmosphere, all the faction questlines were better, etc.
I've even grown more to appreciate that your hero in Oblivion is just a nobody, at the right place, at the right time and ultimately isn't the one who defeats the bad guy, over Skyrim's you're born into being a hero, already chosen by the Gods, already gifted with immense power, etc. When I was younger I liked Skyrim's more because "badass superhero!" but I think now I like Oblivion's more, Lol.
Then again, Shivering Isles spoilers.
