I'm assuming this just means like you don't like them and wish they didn't exist rather than you don't like them and want to beat their ass in the game.
Rhea and Dimitri from Fire Emblem Three Houses. Jacob from Mass Effect 2. Ashley from Mass Effect 1. Morinth from Mass Effect 2. Tatsu in Xenoblade Chronicles X. Pretty much the entire cast of Final Fantasy 8, but especially Squall. Cait Sith. Those are the ones that come to mind.
