Lol. No. Jericho has like a crazy long contract. Pretty sure he's just taking a bit of time off to do some Fozzy stuff. Would be interesting to see how people would react if it was him... I don't think it would be great.

I'd say Rusev or Malakai are more likely. 

Rumor is he asked for a leave and there might have been a clause where Tony can release him without having to break the contract agreement or so they say.

He's gonna be 65 years old when the contract ends lol

Even if he could, I don't see Tony cutting him. Especially in such a way that he'd be able to go to WWE right away. I think he's work a lot more to Tony than to H.
