With PCBs so tiny, it's not surprising to see tiny models with just one fan, like this one, perfect for HTPCs capable of gaming.

If the price is right (like $450), this could be a nail in the coffin for both the 5060Ti 16GB and the 5070, as it will be considerably more powerful than the former at a similar price and just slightly less powerful than the latter for a much lower price.

We still don't know if this card will release in the west. AMD has had several GRE cards and only made became a worldwide product.

I wish they would not just make short GPUs, but also half height ones, those are really rare nowadays.

As for the GRE, I think it will come out in the west, as it would fill a pretty big gap in the lineup between the 9070 and the 9060XT

I have an old shit-box PC with a Core 2 Quad Q9650+8GB DDR3 Ram and a Geforce 1030 GDDR5 that I use for testing purposes, would absolutely jump at the chance for a modern RTX/RX GPU that was half height, single slot and performant with decent video blocks to drop into it.

It would be a boon for older HTPC's as well... I mean, the Half Height+single slot RX 6500XT is *technically* an option, but the board is only PCI-E 2.0, so performance would be demolished as the card only has 4x lanes.
