Forza Horizon 5 has surpassed 45 million players since launch. This is up from 40M players in July 2024.
The game launches on PlayStation 5 on April 29.

It has been fun watching Sea of Thieves and Forza Horizon 5 have a similar amount of players every update but now I feel Forza Horizon 5 will zoom ahead of Sea of Thieves, Lol. Sea of Thieves reported 40m players exactly 1 year ago today, PlayStation has probably put it closer to Forza Horizon 5's 45m but this 45m is before Forza Horizon 5's PS5 release so...Bye Sea of Thieves.
RELEASE SEA OF THIEVES ON SWITCH AND RECLAIM THE CROWN.
