I am a Machine Learning Engineer for a somewhat large health-care company. Basically I build predictive and casual models to extract insights and then build analytical applications that share the results of these models with stakeholders (usually using Plotly Dash and PowerBI, depending on the nature of the model.) Sometimes I do my own data-engineering too.
