Soldiers in the sense that they're fighting for Russia's army, not actual Chinese soldiers, they're just Chinese citizens, it's not really anything new, I imagine Zelenskyy is only bringing it up now because of Trump's deep hatred of China. But he's right that China should do something about it and stop Russia recruiting its citizens and he's right that China low-key helps Russia and tries to play both sides.
