As an Australian I don't feel it, but I am in a high-income tax bracket, I know others are feeling the pinch.
I just pre-ordered two brand new motorcycles, pre-ordered the Switch 2 and paid everything in full in cash... Only about a months income, others would need to spend 5-6 months for that.
Just waiting for them to all be built and imported.
The thing with the Switch 2 is that the base console launch price is $699 AUD, which seems high... But that's not even a days worth of work for me.
Comparison sake that's $427 USD. - We are actually paying less than the yanks for the console, which is a plus.
