Games Pushing The 360/PS3 To The Limit - Clarification Needed

You can 'max out' a console in different ways hm. I'm sure they could get a 1080p game at 60 fps, but I'm not sure how good of a game it'd be content wise. I'm happy with what they're doing already at the moment.
