Not sure if it's related but I made a Windows 11 USB for installation on my new build a couple of days ago and It had me worried straight away thinking do I have a problem since every time it changed sections and rebooted whilst installing it brought me to a page saying connection lost and it took a few seconds for my Ethernet to initialize then I had to click next each time.

If it helps, another workaround has been found that will still allow the use of a local account:
