This guy is weakening Russia with making deals which will push Russia's economy. WHAT A GENIUS

And if he thinks strengthening Russia in case they will agree to a ceasefire as "incentive" is smart then I'm not sure if he understands that Russia can always break it again with a much stronger military in the future. It's not as if Russia wouldn't use all that nice US Dollars for their military and space technology...

What exactly is his plan? Make money from "free" Ukrainian minerals extraction and buy even more minerals from Russia? So that Ukraine will bleed money while Russia will bath in it?

The post by ryuu said something about a joint deal between America and Russia, which would probably take the case of a joint venture (both american and russian ownership) of a mineral deal or something like that.  Basically, trump is looking ahead to make as much $$$$$$ as possible at the expense of ukraine.  Shame on him.  He is also however, not ready to give up sanction on Russia for the moment, because keeping America and everyone else from trading with Russia will drive oil prices up, and therefore help the american economy.      

Trump is playing both sides:  a money grabbing win in case russia does win some territory, and a different money grabbing win in case the war goes on and on.    

Gotta love the businessman.
