Metal Gear Rising Revengence
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow
Enslaved: Odyssey to the West
Bayonetta 1, 2 & 3
Final Fantasy 16 (also FF7 remake, FF7 rebirth & FF15 have great graphics but they don't go into much depth in terms of gameplay compared to other action games)
Nier Automata
Astral Chain

Some of these are from previous generations, but are still great to play today. Since your looking for a unique/solid combat system I think Metal Gear Rising: Revengence stands out for it's sword slicing precision & physics system. Astral Chain stands out too for it's creature chain system thing too. Oh and Nier Automata stands out for it's multi-depth gameplay mechanics across different parts of the game.

These are just the ones I've played so I'm not saying any are better than any others, but I personally enjoyed them all.
