That is almost as funny as your quote about time. The SNES has the same D-Pad as the NES, Gamecube, Virtual Boy, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Nintendo 64, Gameboy Advance, DS, and Wii. Nintendo had so much stock left over from the NES era they just kept recoloring the same D-Pads for new controllers. I don't expect them to run out for another two console lifecycles.

If you don't acknowledge Neo Geo as the D-Pad master, I'm going to have to revoke your "I know shit about games" card and demote you to a "I don't know shit about games" card. Don't make me do it sir. Too many people have been revoked and demoted recently and you know the last thing you want to throw out is the kitchen sink.
