It HAD the most sales, but it doesn't anymore. It's not just about unit sales, it's about active users. The 3DS sold 80 million but all those 80 million are irrelevant now because there's only a tiny fraction of that, that are active users. Whereas, PS4 is only 2.5 years older than 3DS but still has 10's of millions of active users. Also, can you really call yourself a market leader without COD and GTA? By far the biggest games in the industry.

Yeah, it says they don't see Nintendo as a threat. MS allowed Moon studios to put Ori on the Switch and not the PlayStation because they didn't see Switch as competition but they do see PlayStation as competition.
