No game on disc, no buy. Got to draw the line somewhere.
Day 1 patch for improvements is fine, but no playable game on the disc is not.

It's not confirmed though, so will keep an eye on it.

It is quite enjoyable game (though Fate of Atlantis remains, by far, THE best Indy game), so if you're Indy fan don't skip it.
