The last couple of months have been packed with massive games. Monster Hunter Wilds, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Assassin's Creed Shadows, Split Fiction, and Fragpunk have all proved enormously popular with players, and let's not forget the leftfield indie smash that is REPO. But which of these games has the fattest stacks this week—which of them occupies that coveted number one spot on Steam's global top sellers list?
Well, right now, the answer is 'none of them', as they've all been beaten to the top by a game about building and managing your own drug empire. Schedule I released onto Steam yesterday, and having accrued over 2,000 'Overwhelmingly Positive' reviews within 24 hours, is currently sitting pretty as Steam's no.1 digital kingpin.
Schedule I puts players in the role of a "small time drug dealer" who arrives in the town of Hyland Point without so much as a spliff to call their own. From these lowly beginnings, you'll "build your drug empire from the ground up" and "contend against intensifying law enforcement and deadly cartel competitors to expand your empire and reach the peak of the underworld."

Less than a month ago, the Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 modding community was turning everyone in the game into perfectly round balls of flesh. But fashions change quickly in the medieval world. Fat is out and thin is in, courtesy of this mod that transforms every KCD 2 character into an actual skeleton.
"Here's a mod that can be both funny and scary", writes modder erdeminofff about Skeleton Mod—Transform Everyone's Body into a Skeleton. In case the title isn't clear enough, the mod replaces everyone's character model in the game, including protagonist Henry, into a neatly articulated assemblage of bones.
There is one crucial extra detail that is key to the mod's brilliance, however, namely that it only replaces the character's body. They still wear the same clothes and keep their hair, including facial hair like beards. This is why, for me, the mod leans firmly into "funny" territory. Erdeminofff provided a bunch of screenshots of the mod in action, and every single one is a winner.

In December 2023, we shared a mod for Yakuza: Like a Dragon that turned it into a classic Yakuza action brawler. And today, we are happy to report that a similar mod is available for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
For those unaware, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is a turn-based RPG. And that’s something that put off a number of die-hard Yakuza fans. You see, the Yakuza series started as an action brawler. And, thanks to this mod, you can experience Infinite Wealth as a true classic action Yakuza game.
Like A Brawler 8 will let you juggle combos, features mortal reversals, and will allow you to fight alongside your party members. Moreover, it allows you to put out weapons during combat.
Created by ‘Jhrino’, the mod is based on his previous real-time action combat mod for Yakuza: Like a Dragon. However, this isn’t a mere port of it. Instead, it features major tweaks and enhancements.
This is a must-have mod for all Yakuza fans. Even if you have finished Infinite Wealth, this mod will allow you to experience it in a completely different way. I seriously cannot praise it enough. This could have easily passed as an official optional game/combat mode. So, kudos to the modder for creating something this cool.
