This is the opposite of @Veknoid’s thread for me: Option 2 was an easy pick there whereas here, Option 2 is the easy one to leave behind.
The Nintendo and Sega consoles are the only ones that matter for me. The SNES and NES take precedence here; either of these paired with the Genesis would have been a slam-dunk but this one's tough the way it is.
I think Option 1 with the NES/Dreamcast is the best balanced since the SNES ended up paired with the Master System, my least favorite Sega console (not counting the SG-1000). But I still voted for Option 4 in the end because I get the unrivaled library of Super Nintendo along with Phantasy Star and a couple of great Wonder Boy games (plus Rayman and Tempest 2000 on the Jaguar, I guess).
