If sales for the Xbox X/S are tanking as bad as it's being reported; what is the point of waiting for 2027?

Wouldn't it be better to move on and get a jump; rather than have another full year of being shat upon?

I don't think they care because the devices in the future won't be subsidised anyway, they'll sell at a profit.

Plus if it's not ready then there's not much that can be done, don't want another RROD from rushed development.
