No the reason is that Russia has been using a barricade of drones to control the Ukranian resupply paths in the Kirk region, 24/7. The Ukranians are unable to jam the drones which are apparently of modern build.There was a recent report that Ukranians have "donated" drone helmets to the Russians which contained a detonation device. This took out some drone controlers but was not enough to break the blockade. Curiously, no reports of the North Korean forces have been reported in the past weeks.
It is reported that a good part of the Ukranians in the Kursk region are in serious danger of being encircled by Russian troops, if they haven't already. I've always wondered about the long-term strategy of this Kursk invasion, but it seems there wasn't any....
Russian military may be stupid but they are learning.
