Shits like having your home invaded by an intruder who is trying to steal your items and murder your family, getting into a fight with them, the cop arriving and saying to you, the homeowner: "WHY AREN'T YOU INTERESTED IN PEACE?!" Shooting you in the arm and then leaving you alone with the intruder, saying "COME BACK TO ME WHEN YOU'RE INTERESTED IN PEACE" so the intruder can now batter you even more now that you only have one good arm.
Why on Earth would Russia even care about negotiating, especially now that America has just significantly weakened Ukraine, they've repeatedly said their goals haven't changed, the total surrender of Ukraine, Zelenskyy disposal, no security guarantees and a dismantled Ukrainian army, they want the whole of Kherson Oblast, Zaporizhia Oblast, Donestk Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Kyiv Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, etc. Why the fuck would America WEAKNING UKRAINE do anything except embolden Russia even more.
