I would highly suggest going for a AMD RX 9070 XT (over say a 5070 or 5070ti).
(12gb is not enough today, and their prices are insane, none are sold at MSRP for Nvida. Like you might pay half the price for same performance for a AMD card)
For CPU? honestly it doesn't matter as much.
This is where I would try to save some money if your worried about costs.
Just make sure you have 8 cores. You don't need to have the best of the best here (ei. a 9800x3D) (that more if you plan to feed a 5090).**
Sucks that the market is as it is atm (gpus) but nvidia seems way to greedy and lying about MSRPs.
They also have connectors that melt, cards that catch on fire, drivers that brick cards, driver issues that give black screen issues.... cards that are sold missing ROPs for some reason.... ontop of paying premium for it.
People need to give AMD a chance here, consumers shouldn't be blind sheep supporting a company that does so much crap.
