World leaders are arriving in Kyiv for the third anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion. EC President Ursula von der Leyen, Council President António Costa, and leaders from Spain, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia have arrived. 13 leaders are in Kyiv, with 24 more joining online.
