The tactics that our orange president have been using are definitely somewhat underhanded, perhaps a little stupid because he should be playing a more skilled hand as trump is going for a homerun but he can't get anywhere close to that. Trump is bullying and belittling zelensky so that zelensky will see no choice but to sign that mineral deal with Trump. But why would he do that? Trump has talked so much sh!t to Z, so Z knows that he will get a bad deal out of it. Trump also knows that Russia is getting tired of this war and won't be able to keep pushing forward so much in the coming months once equipment becomes more scarce. So, i think that Trump is pushing hard for an outcome, in order to stop the war, but Z has a much stronger position than trump is willing to admit to. Ukraine has the minerals that trump wants and it will win the long game with russia. And Ukraine has more and more support from Europe. Soon, Europe will be putting peacekeeping troops in there, probably at the borders of belarus and poland so that Ukraine can put 100% of everything he has against the Russians.
I've also been wondering whether trump as a narcissist has ever gaslighted somebody, guess i have my answer with zelensky. Wonder what else he is doing behind the scenes.
