What the fuck, EU has had 93bn Euros sitting there for 3 years?! Fucking do something already instead of having endless meetings, JFC. If Russia really did invade past Ukraine it would probably take for the Russians to reach Paris before Europe finally stopped talking and took action. Goddamn! This slow shit is precisely why an EU army would be dead as well and it needs to be a European Army entirely detached from EU, a coalition of willing countries + Canada if they want to join. Because everything inside of EU moves at a goddamn snails pace.
