A Russian delegation has arrived in Saudi Arabia. Tomorrow, they will meet with the US delegation to discuss the start of negotiations with Ukraine. Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov denied reports of Ukrainian participation, stating the talks are purely bilateral with the US.
