RE8 for sure. Incredibly immersive due to the excellent HDR lighting and detail on PSVR2. Astrobot Rescue Mission was the game to beat (PSVR1) and RE8 does it with full VR controls, VR cut scenes and places that feel real.
But beware, village of the damned (highest difficulty) may give you a heart attack...
GT7 is also very immersive, driving around the Nordschleife has never felt this good.
Subside is a diving simulator which works perfect in VR since it already kinda feels like wearing a dive helmet... The game uses the current negatives as a strength, limited fov is your dive helmet, you can't see that far ahead under water, hides the low resolution feeling of the background / display.
The best game to start VR with is Moss 1+2. It's amazing with minimal movement to get your VR legs. It all plays out in diorama's in front of you, you can lean in, look around and manipulate some items while guiding a mouse around with the analog sticks. (action puzzle platformer)
