What does Ukraine do after the war? Double down on being one of the most diverse militaries in the world or streamline it all? Absolutely. I definitely agree that they should move to something made in Europe. They may want to go with either the Mirage or Gripen for aircraft, and they'll definitely be ditching the old MIGs and even the SUs. As far as tanks go, it seems like a harder choice to make as they are more equal.
