AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT reportedly launches March 6

https://videocardz.com/newz/amd-radeon-rx-9070-xt-reportedly-launches-march-6

Hopefully they price this right. Assuming 9070XT is around 5070 Ti performance and 5070 Ti is $750, if they price is like..

$700 = 9070 XT DoA
$650 = Good but not killer price
$600 = 5070 Ti and 5070 DoA

If it offers similar performance at $100 less, it will be an excellent deal, not good. At least in my opinion.

In any case, we still have to see how will be the supply for both the Nvidia and AMD GPUs. Who knows, one of them may win just by default if there's no stock of the other.

The thing is that Radeon needs to convince Nvidia buyers to switch since Nvidia has 90% of the market share. Imo Nvidia buyers see Radeon as a downgrade in feature set and I am sure that even when FSR 4 comes out, it will likely be worse than current version of DLSS and games support will also be a lot less which is expected since it's new. I think the way it's gonna go is people will see 9070 XT be a competitor to 5070 Ti if they price it at $650 where it's priced less because it's considered a downgrade. Where as if Radeon pulls an Intel and prices it at $600, people could see 9070 XT as a competitor to 5070 with 5070 Ti level performance and vram.

So I think $650 is good but to really convince people and get a strong market share, they need to do better.
